Even Realities G2 at Work: Enterprise Plans and Data Privacy

Even Realities estimates that 30% to 40% of its G2 customers work in sales-related roles. Co-founder Li Wang explains the emerging workplace use cases, the company’s privacy position and what remains unproven.

Even Realities’ G2 smart glasses remain primarily a consumer product, but a decent portion of their owners appear to be taking them to work.

The company estimates that between 30% and 40% of its customers work in sales-related roles. Co-founder and chief operating officer Li Wang told The XR Beat that demand is now emerging for team purchases and wider business use, while an enterprise SDK is scheduled for later in 2026.

G2 is a camera-free pair of display glasses. Its workplace functions include live transcription, translation, teleprompting, notifications and Prep Notes, which can place selected information in the wearer’s field of view.

For a salesperson, Wang described a workflow spanning the entire customer conversation. The glasses can provide account information and talking points beforehand, display prompts or translations during the meeting, and produce transcripts and summaries afterwards.

Even Realities also supplied The XR Beat with an internal overview of people using G2 across phone sales, engineering, hospitality, real estate, startup management and international business. Reported uses include capturing customer requirements, recalling previous discussions, understanding technical terminology and building custom assistants through Even Hub.

These examples demonstrate the breadth of interest, although they should not be treated as independent evidence of improved sales performance. Even Realities says it is still collecting information through interviews and surveys and does not yet have solid enterprise metrics.

The company has also clarified that it does not currently build or offer an official Salesforce Agentforce integration. Any such workflows discussed around G2 have been created independently by third parties.

The Data Question

The absence of a camera removes one of the most visible objections to wearing smart glasses in a meeting. It does not remove the need to consider privacy, because features such as Conversate still process speech and produce transcripts.

Wang said Even Realities does not retain raw audio and that users can choose between processing transcription locally on their phone or through the cloud. Asked directly whether the company’s team in China could access user information, she answered no.

Even Realities’ published privacy information identifies Even Realities GmbH as the data controller and says processing takes place in the Netherlands. Its policy also provides for access by affiliates and service providers, as well as safeguarded international transfers.

For a large employer, the next questions will concern the precise boundaries around those statements. Buyers will want to know whether administrators can mandate local processing, select a fixed region, control retention, restrict integrations and audit access across an entire deployment.

Wang said that users retain control of their transcripts and summaries. She also recommended telling other participants when transcription is being used in a high-stakes conversation, even though G2 captures text rather than video.

Enterprise Interest Without Enterprise Proof

G2’s professional adoption is currently bottom-up. Individuals are buying the glasses themselves and, in some cases, asking their employers to purchase more.

That is a promising route into the enterprise market because the product is already being tested during genuine working days. It also means that formal deployment controls, integrations and measurable outcomes have not caught up with the use cases.

Wang said Even Realities expects to have enterprise examples later in 2026 or early 2027. Until then, claims about productivity, win rates or faster sales cycles remain early signals rather than established results.

The opportunity is nevertheless clear. G2 can put useful information into a meeting without adding a camera or forcing the wearer to look down at another screen. Whether that becomes a serious enterprise business will depend on the controls, integrations and evidence accompanying the hardware.
